Variation: Each piece is hand-crafted individually and will vary slightly in appearance. When ordering you will receive a replica of the original design using the same colour palette. Slight differences in the design and beading will occur due to the hand-made nature of copper metalwork. The photographs in the gallery show a number of versions of the design on multiple backgrounds to give the most true to life image.
Hand-Stamping: I use the traditional method of hand-stamping onto copper sheet. Each letter is hand-stamped with a wonky rustic appearance, to be imperfect and whimsical. There will be differences in each creation with the text alignment, spacing and position. It is also important to note that hand stamping onto copper sheet causes the rear side to buckle slightly from the metal being ‘chased’ on the front side. The indentation on the front is darkened to ‘pop’ the lettering and numbers.
Stone: Olive jade serpentine coin bead.

Serpentine is related to inner calm and peace, a good stone to aid meditation practice. It is also a stone for kundalini practice. It is associated with serpents from its’ colour. In the physical body it relates to the stomach and kidneys.
