Gatekeeper Butterfly Suncatcher
A decorative copper wire butterfly adorned with semi-precious gemstone and glass beads. Inspired by the British ‘Gatekeeper Butterfly’, a beautiful orange species. This piece of wire art is suitable for hanging in the home as a window decoration or in the garden for year round colour. The colour palette is rich with warm oranges, subtle reds and striking translucent lime green set against the contrasting dappled tones of copper.
Red Apple Decoration
A botanical red apple fruit decoration made with swirls of copper wire and adorned with vibrant gemstones and glass. The design follows the beautiful contours of a single apple and is topped with two apple leaves. Hang in your kitchen window for flashes of citrus sunlight, the perfect summer-time sun catcher.
Botanical Hazel Leaf
A framed leaf design with copper and peridot beads. This little piece of wire wall art is inspired by a woodland scene featuring the pretty British hazel tree, in spring time when vibrant fresh green leaves make an appearance after the long bare winter. This hanging decoration combines the vivid lime colours of peridot gem stones with the warm metallic tones of oxidised and polished copper. Whether for hanging in the home or garden, this design comes to life in the sunshine.
Emperor Dragonfly Necklace
Inspired by the British emperor dragonfly, this necklace design combines patina copper metal sheet and wire, with droplets of gemstone and glass beads. The colour palette combines aqua blue, with a green body and wing tips, all set against metallic coppery highlights.
This luxurious metal suncatcher features my favourite species of British wildlife, three clouded yellow butterflies and an azure dragonfly surrounded by pretty foliage. Handmade with copper wire-work wrapped with semi-precious gemstones and Czech glass. Adorn you walls with a colour palette of soft yellows and light greens, punctuated with bright azure blue. A truly artistic piece for the home that celebrates the natural world and my love of flutterfbyes and river darters.
Green Man Decoration
This decorative wall hanging is a labour of love and copper wire-work. Creating the iconic young oak king, my green man is adorned with English oak leaves and varying tones of green semi-precious gemstone beads. He is also known as ‘Jack in the Green’, the keeper of the forests and woodland. In Pagan tradition he captures the spirit of the ancient woodland, symbolising the cycle of life in birth, death and re-birth. He is a force that is protective and commanding. He is honoured at Beltane, the Gaelic May Day, representing the peak of spring and the beginning of summer.
This pair of feather inspired drop earrings are inspired by the majestic male peacock. The design is hand-made with delicate copper wire work and adorned with zesty lime green peridot and aqua quartz gemstones. The shape follows the contours of the peacock feather eye.
Grassy Meadow Necklace
A curved copper bar necklace adorned with lime green peridot beads. This design is inspired by the height of summer, taking a lazy Sunday walk across grassy meadows, where the grass is knee high gently swishing as you walk. The zesty green colours in the peridot stones contrast with the polished metallic highlights. The necklace is designed to sit delicately just below the collar bone drawing attention to the décolletage.
